BLAST has entered into a media rights partnership with DAZN for all its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournaments. The partnership will see BLAST’s CS:GO tournaments broadcasted across more than 100 territories, live and on-demand. ??
With DAZN Group, BLAST will see its reach expand globally. Among the included territories are the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan, to name a few. DAZN offers an effective platform to aid in the expansion of the major CS:GO tournament organizer and increase its events coverage. ??
According to the deal, the partnership will commence later this week and the BLAST Premier Spring Final will be the first event broadcasted by DAZN for BLAST. The US$425,000 prize pool tournament will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, and will begin on June 15 and run till June 19.??
Alexander Lewin, VP of International Distribution and Programming for BLAST, shared his excitement about the partnership, saying it will help BLAST Premier garner more visibility and accessibility in as many regions as possible.

??Alongside the 2022 BLAST Premier Spring Final, DAZN will also be in charge of all five BLAST Premier tournaments remaining this year. Among those are the Fall Final and the most important tournament of the circuit – the World Final, which is scheduled for December.??
The BLAST Premier Spring Final consists of eight competing teams, namely FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, ENCE, paiN Gaming, Team Vitality, OG, Natus Vincere, and BIG battling for a $200,000 grand prize. The tournament will kick off with an opening fixture between FaZe Clan and paiN Gaming, with FaZe pegged as red-hot -5000 favorites on BetOnline. ??The tournament was won by Gambit Esports in the previous year, with Natus Vincere and G2 Esports in second and third place respectively.
