What is the FIFAe Nations Cup
The FIFAe Nations Cup is the final event of the FIFAe Nations Series which runs for about six months before the finals, with regional play-ins, online qualifiers and playoffs taking place across the five regions. Those five regions are; Europe, North & Central America, South America, Asia & Oceania and Middle East & Africa. From those regions, the top 24 teams qualify for the FIFAe Nations Cup which will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2023.
Due to the Nations Cup being a team-based event for each country that qualifies, the game mode will be 2v2 and played on PlayStation 5 only. After winning the 2022 FIFAe Nations Cup, Brazil will return to this year’s event attempting to defend their crown and take home the $120,000 winners’ cheque. The 2023 FIFA eNations Cup will be part of the Gamers8 esports festival.
