]]>Despite showing glimpses of hope, especially in game two where Rafli “Mikoto” Fathur Rahmans Monkey King channeled a heroic performance, Talon couldnt overcome BetBooms superior draft and gameplay.
Game three saw Talons late-game strategy fall apart, ending their run in 13th-16th place and earning them an estimated $40,000, 1.5% of the TI prize pool.
Despite an amazing comeback in Game 2, Talon is the first team to be eliminated from The International 2024. BB Team will battle against nouns later today for a place in the arena. #Dota2 #TI13 pic.twitter.com/az4NBKAelo

Talons elimination marks a blow for the Southeast Asian (SEA) region, traditionally a powerhouse in Dota 2, though the region still has hope in Aurora, who faces their own elimination match soon.
SEAs challenges were echoed in the exit of Team Zero, Chinas second seed.
Falling to Eastern Europes 1win Team in a decisive 2-0 defeat, Team Zero ended their TI13 journey also in 13th-16th place.

The series saw standout performances from Aleksandr “Cloud” Zakharov on Beastmaster and Nikita “Munkushi~” Chepurnykhs Windranger.
Despite the loss, Singaporean player Remus “ponlo” Goh Zhi Xian, known for his selfless play and charismatic personality, captured fans’ hearts throughout the tournament.
Ponlos attempt at channelling the bald buff (shaving his head for good luck) failed to save his team, but he remains a fan favourite.

Day 2 of TI 2024 continued with eliminations as BetBoom Team also sent North American representatives nouns packing, making them the third team to exit.
After a dominant showing from BetBoom in both games, with strong drafts and clinical execution, nouns were unable to mount a comeback and finished in 13th-16th place.
The day wrapped up with 1win falling to Team Falcons, despite their earlier victory over Team Zero.
Falcons dominated the series, with standout performances from Oliver “Skiter” Lepkos Weaver and Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potoraks Sniper, leading to a swift 2-0 win and the elimination of 1win.
As TI13 progresses, more teams will face elimination, bringing the tournament closer to crowning a new champion.

1WIN vs MOVISTAR RIDERS CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAIL |

Movistar Riders lost their first match of Group D against Betera (former Question Mark), marking one of their biggest defeats of the last two months. However, unexpected results should be common at ESL Challenger League Season 46: Europe, as it is one of the first tournaments to be played on Counter-Strike 2.
1win won CCT East Europe Series #2 and CCT Online Finals #3 at the end of September, but then failed to make it through ESL Challenger at DreamHack Winter 2023: European Open Qualifier with a 7-13 defeat against The Chosen Few. That shock result had to do with the tournament being played on CS2, considering 1win have beaten much stronger teams over the last three weeks.
1win are rightly priced as favourites, but considering how volatile games are since the transition to CS2, a bet on Movistar Riders at plus money makes more sense.
SAW vs LOOKING4ORG CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAIL

SAW edged past Pompa Team (16-13, 19-5) in the first round of Group C, while Looking4Org defeated EYEBALLERS (2-1). Since that win, L4O have played two games at Esportal Clash Open, where they went 1-1 with a 2-0 sweep of Hawks and a 1-2 loss against Witchers.
Those results don’t make much sense, but teams have struggled with consistency across all regions since the transition to CS2. SAW have produced similarly confusing results recently, with a 1-2 loss against For The Win at Aveiro Techdays Cup 2023, proving that the teams’ past results from CS:GO tournaments don’t mean much.
Most games at this stage look 50-50, so we prefer Looking4Org at +110. They’re not very stable on CS2, but L40 have enough talent to defeat SAW.

Pompa Team have not looked good over the last month, struggling to make much noise even in some lesser events. They have picked up a few wins over their dry streak, but not once did the Polish squad play a good series when faced with a half-decent opponent.
Things haven’t improved since the transition to CS2, as Pompa Team have yet to win a game on the new game version. They have lost against AVT Gaming (5-13) and have since added a 6-13 defeat against Preasy and 0-2 against SAW.
Team Spirit have shown excellent form over the last two months and are 17-4 since Dunav Party LAN. That includes just one victory on Counter-Strike 2 (2-0 vs RUBIK), so we have to take those results with a grain of salt. Still, Team Spirit is in much better shape compared to the Pompa Team, which is reflected in the offered betting odds.
Team Spirit to sweep the struggling Pompa Team at -163.93 is a good offer.

BETBOOM TEAM vs OG CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

?BetBoom Team enter the IEM Sydney 2023 European Qualifier as a complete enigma. The Russian squad came together at the end of July and have since attended just one event C the IEM Sydney 2023 Open Qualifier, where they defeated 1win (16-13), FTW Esports (19-17), Dynamo Eclot (16-3), 500 (16-14), and Into the Breach (2-1).
It’s tough to take much from that since BetBoom have yet to play a strong team, but they’re in great form. The same can’t be said for OG.
OG’s new project with Iulian “regali” Harj?u, Nils “k1to” Gruhne, and Dion “FASHR” Derksen has yet to make any strides. The new-look roster first exited BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2023 in 10th-12th-place, crashed out of IEM Cologne 2023 in the first round of the group stage, and ran fifth-sixth against second-tier opponents at CCT Online Finals #2.
The new signings would never make OG a competitive team at the top level, but to see them fall off so hard is concerning. But are they weaker than BetBoom Team?
On paper, OG look better than BetBoom, but considering their form, OG shouldn’t be priced as favourites. We’re taking our chances with BetBoom Team to sweep, even though a head-to-head wager at plus money isn’t a bad choice.
NINJAS IN PYJAMAS vs 1WIN CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |
|

Best Odds: | NiP -454.55 at BetOnline | 1win +300 at BetOnline |

In the latest CS:GO world rankings, Ninjas in Pyjamas dropped from seventh to 11th place due to their poor placement at Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2023. Even though Ninjas in Pyjamas weren’t expected to win the trophy, they left a lot to be desired with a round-one exit from the group stage.
In NiP’s defence, they got eliminated by the revitalised Astralis (0-2); however, they also played a bad series against the struggling FaZe Clan (1-2). Prior to IEM Cologne 2023, Ninjas in Pyjamas won BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2023, but a week before, they exited the Gamers8 2023 Last Chance Qualifier in fifth-eighth place. Consistency isn’t NiP’s strong suit, and that could be a problem on Wednesday.
1win have yet to attend a big event this season, but based on their performances over the last couple of months, the Russian squad should soon break into the top 20. They won BetBoom Playlist Freedom before the summer break, finished in the top four at the Gamers8 2023 Last Chance Qualifier, and didn’t disappoint in the IEM Sydney 2023 Open Qualifier. However, 1win have also not faced any good teams over that stretch.
1win seem like a competitive team and they might find a way to cause Ninjas in Pyjamas some issues, especially if Hampus “hampus” Poser and his crew have one of their off games. But it’s tough to bet against NiP, who are a class above 1win, despite their recent struggles.

]]>The post Boombl4 returns to CS:GO scene with 1WIN appeared first on Esport Bet.
]]>NickelBack has played with the Russian esports organization since the start of the year. 1WIN also replaced Egor “?flamie?” Vasilyev with former Entropiq in-game leader Igor “?Forester?” Bezotecheskiy earlier this month, while Aleksandr “?glowiing?” Matsievich left the team earlier this week following a “mutual agreement”.
The move to 1WIN marks Boombl4’s return to competitive gaming after almost nine months away from the activity. In May last year, the Russian player was taken off Natus Vincere’s active roster for reasons the organization said were “high reputational risks for the club”, referring to a drawn-out divorce with his now ex-wife, Lika “LiQueen” Mikhailova.
Boombl4’s stint in NAVI saw the Ukrainian squad win several international competitions, including the $1 million Intel Grand Slam Season 3 and the PGL Major Stockholm in 2021.
While the Russian player performed admirably on NAVI’s lineup, he will not reclaim his in-game leader position on 1WIN. The position will be reserved for NickelBack, who played two series with 1WIN in January.
1WIN also signed a new coach, Dmitry “hooch” Bogdanov, who will reunite with his ex-Entropiq players Forester and NickelBack. The new additions join Aleksandr “?TRAVIS?” Timkiv and star AWPer Denis “?deko?” Zhukov — the only two players remaining from last year’s lineup.
1WIN’s next challenge is the BLAST.tv Paris Major’s European RMR closed qualifier, which is scheduled to run from February 16-19.

]]>G2 and 1WIN faced off in the third Swiss round of the tournament on Ancient. While that is one of G2’s favored maps, they were dealt a 16-13 defeat on this occasion.?
?G2 are now only one match away from being eliminated from the Europe RMR A and losing out on a spot in the 2022 IEM Rio Major. The franchise will need to win two best-of-three matches in order to earn a place in the Major.? ?
The European super team had an amazing start to the match, and out of the first 11 rounds, G2 secured eight wins. Their opponents seemed to come alive at that point and started landing wins of their own on the T side. Despite this, G2 ended the first half of the map in the lead with a 9-6 score.? ?
In the second half of Ancient, G2 had difficulty breaking through 1WIN’s defense despite their second pistol win. They performed subpar executes while hitting the A site due to their lack of confidence and the lack of coordination between the players.?
?In contrast, 1WIN seemed to produce intensely accurate shots and moved up to the lead on the map. Although G2 players tried to put up a fight, their Russian opponents seemed too much to handle.? ?
Nikola “NiKo” Kova? executed a clutch in round 22, but 1WIN went on to claim victory over G2. The winning team’s most notable player was Igor “?lollipop21k?” Solodkov, who ended the map with 26 kills.?
?Other teams in the 1-2 bracket with G2 include prominent squads like Astralis and Fnatic, who had earlier lost their best-of-one matches against Bad New Eagles and B8 Esports, respectively. The three teams will each need to secure two best-of-three wins in order to make the trip to Rio de Janeiro at the end of the month.

]]>The current visa rules allow consulates to deprioritize non-essential travel visas. They also have the right to extend the visa decision from 15 to 45 days and ask for extra documents. This placed Russian citizens who wanted short-stay visas to a European location in trouble.? ?
Aurora, K23, and 1WIN were previously in peril because the ESLs rule book for the event only allowed one substitute per team, and the substitutes name was to be turned in before September 8, the roster lock date. All three franchises had three or more Russian players on their roster.? ?
K23s lineup consists of five Russian players, while 1WIN and Aurora have four and three Russian team members, respectively. The three squads previously had issues, along with Benched Heroes, while they tried to acquire visas for their players.?
?Due to the difficulties, Benched Heroes ended up giving up their spot in the tournament, and Illuminar Gaming – as the next best team at the fourth open qualifier – took their place. BHs Russian player, Eugene ?Aunkere? Karyat, as well as Bu?ra ?Calyx? Ark?n of Turkey, were unable to get their approved visas in time for the tournament.? ?
Due to the success of K23, 1WIN, and Aurora in bringing their lineup across, the teams will not have to forgo their chance to participate in the European RMR.? ?
Teams like Cloud9, Outsiders, Natus Vincere, G2, and Team Spirit – who have Russian players among their lineup – had ample time to go through the visa approval process and secure their passes to the Europe RMR. The above non-affected franchises previously attended ESL Pro League Season 16, which was held between August and September, and had to travel to Malta.? ?
The Russian esports team forZe arrived in Malta last week. Abdul ?degster? Gasanov, a Russian player representing G2 Esports, also landed in time for the IEM Rio Major RMR events, which kicked off on October 4.
