?Paradox Esports won both of their last two meetings with Chiefs Esports Club 2-0. That includes their most recent clash in June, which Paradox won with 16-13 on Inferno and 19-17 on Mirage.

Chiefs are 6-3 in their last nine outings, including losses to Paradox (0-2), R!OT Gaming (1-2), and Renegades (0-2). Paradox are also 6-3 during that stretch, with losses against VERTEX (0-2), Rooster (1-2), and Dire Wolves (0-2).

You could argue that Paradox are the better team, but that doesn’t explain the latest CS:GO betting odds. Chiefs forced a very close game in their last meeting with Paradox and would have won had a few things gone in their favour. We anticipate a tight affair that goes the distance.

FURY and Animal Squad last met during the first stage of the tournament, when FURY won 2-0 with 16-4 on Nuke and 16-9 on Inferno, which should give them a mental edge ahead of this clash. Animal Squad have managed a 3-2 record in the group stage, but with two forfeit wins against Hazard Esports and Sylyx Esports, so realistically they only won one match against Dynasty Esports Club (2-1).

What’s more, Aaron “ajk” Girton of Animal Squad has been averaging a 0.48 rating on the tournament and is a big reason why his side is struggling. His teammates Steve “busta” Brewer and James “sibe” Martin have been just as unconvincing with their 0.72 and 0.86 ratings respectively.
FURY won this match 2-0 last month, and there’s nothing that would suggest they can’t do it again.

?Ex-Bizarre Gaming (formerly R!OT Gaming) lost against Rooster (1-2) on Wednesday and are now 2-3 in their last five. That run includes two wins against Chiefs Esports Club (2-1) and BBBMBCBS, which are solid results; however, it’s worth noting that those happened three and five weeks ago.

Warriors Esports share the same 2-3 record from their last five with wins against Overperformers (2-1) and Hazard Esports (2-1), and a 0-2 loss to Chiefs Esports Club, who beat them with 16-9 on Nuke and 16-11 on Mirage last week.

Ex-Bizarre Gaming should be favoured to win this bout, but they aren’t that much better and shouldn’t be priced as low as they are. We like the underdogs with a map advantage.

BBBMB played well last month, qualifying for the second stage of LPL Pro League 2021 Season 2 with a 3-1 record. Even though they were awarded one forfeit win against Dynasty Esports Club, BBBMB proved their worth against Sylyx Esports (2-1) and Team Skyfire (2-1).

Chiefs have a better form ranking and field more experienced players, but that doesn’t explain the latest CS:GO betting odds. At -2500, Chiefs’ implied win probability is 96.2%, which is way too high for a regional derby. At best, this should be an 80/20 match.

?Bizarre Gaming enter this match off a 2-0 sweep of Exsto Gaming, who they beat with 16-9 on Nuke and 19-16 on Overpass. Jordan “SkulL” Newland and co. have also not disappointed with their results at ESL ANZ Champs Season 12, where they picked up a 16-6 win over Memento Esports and put up a decent fight against R!OT Gaming (12-16).

It’s no surprise seeing CS:GO betting sites price Dire Wolves as heavy favourites for this match. They might not be the best team in the region, but they are looking near-unstoppable on current form.

Wolves are 4-1 since the start of March and have only really lost against the top teams such as Paradox, Renegades and ORDER across the last five months. While anything can happen in these online matches, the quality gap is far too large for us to side with the underdogs.

?Like the other fixture, this one seems like it can only end one way. That said, this could prove to be the best series of the day if R!OT Gaming can recreate what they showed when they took on Paradox Gaming just over three weeks back at ESEA Season 36: Premier Division – Australia.

That clash was billed as an extremely one-sided affair, yet it proved to be anything but. R!OT stood their ground against a significantly stronger opponent and managed to win on Vertigo (19-17), which was quite an achievement, although they ended up suffering a reverse sweep with 8-16 on Train and 10-16 on Dust II.

R!OT lack big-name players, but they’ve been playing very well of late, which is largely due to their firepower. Paradox are a more strategic team, which could prove beneficial on some maps, but we don’t expect them to see the same level of success on all map picks.

Paradox should win this match more times than not, but we have seen enough good things from R!OT to believe they can steal one map. Given the odds, we would even consider placing a smaller bet on R!OT to win the match outright.

LOOT.BET/CS Season 8

?Virtus.pro and forZe will lock horns on Thursday in the last quarter-final bout of LOOT.BET/CS Season 8. It will mark their second meeting since Intel Extreme Masters XV New York Online: CIS, where VP reverse-swept forZe with 16-10 on Dust II and 16-12 on Train.

Since that clash, forZe have lost six out of 11 games played, while VP have won all but one of seven outings. That run includes a 2-0 triumph against Natus Vincere and 3-0 against Nemiga.

Although VP are the most likely victors, we expect forZe to put up enough of a fight to make the series close. All of the last four meetings between these two sides ended in three maps, and we expect the same to happen here.

Svenska Elitserien 2020 Fall

?FALKN impressed with their 19-16 win over High Coast Esports last week, but they quickly returned to their old ways with an 8-16 loss to fightclub two days later.

Lilmix, meanwhile, had to skip their last two Svenska Elitserien matches against flowskola and GoBananas since they had to attend Nine to Five #5. There, they produced a mixed bag of results with 2-1 wins over PACT and x6tence and 0-2 losses against Virtus.pro, Copenhagen Flames and Galaxy Racer.

Despite their lack of success at Nine to Five #5, Lilmix deserve some slack since they had to face much tougher opponents than what they’re about to play against at the Svenska Elitserien. Still, they tend to drop points even against weaker sides, which is why we will trust FALKN to win at least nine rounds.

LPL Pro League 2020 Season 3

?Chiefs Esports Club enter the LPL Pro League 2020 Season 3 grand finals as heavy favourites over Avant Gaming, which we don’t quite agree with. Although Chiefs have a map advantage, that rarely guarantees success for the upper bracket team – especially in a regional derby.

Avant have met with Chiefs three times since August and won two series with a combined 6-1 map differential, which clearly shows they should not be priced as high as they are. A smaller bet on the underdogs to win 3-1 can also be considered.

DOTA Summit Online 13 Americas

?Quincy Crew ended their run through the group stage with a near-perfect 8-1-0 record and 17-1 map differential. Thunder Predator saw far less success, although they still ended in the top four with a 3-4-2 record and 10-8 map differential.

Quincy Crew have met with Thunder Predator nine times in 2020 and won all but one fixture, including all of the last four with a 9-1 map differential. Even though TP looked slightly better in the final rounds of the group stage with wins over 4 Zoomers and Infamous, QC seem to be on a whole other level than the rest of the field and should win this with ease.

Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season 6

?Team Brasil (2-1-1) enter the penultimate round of the Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season 6 group stage in dire need of wins to secure a spot in the playoffs. On the other hand, Omega Gaming (2-3-0) are in a very comfortable position and only need to win one more to lock in their ticket for the semi-finals.

Even though Team Brasil sit two spots behind Omega Gaming on the standings, it’s hard to separate the teams based on performance. Brasil are 0-5-5 in their last 10, compared to Omega’s 5-4-1 record (albeit against weaker opponents).

This match seems like it can go either way, so it makes more sense to side with Omega given they have actually won a few games across the last week.

BLAST Premier Fall 2020

This bout will mark a rematch from three weeks ago when Team Vitality swept Complexity Gaming 2-0 in the semi-finals of IEM New York. The French squad have won five of seven games since then, including triumphs over BIG (2-0) and Astralis (2-1) en route to a runner-up finish at DreamHack Open Fall 2020.

This could turn out to be a very close fixture. However, before we see Complexity’s new signing (Justin “jks” Savage) in action, it makes more sense to trust Vitality’s great form and proven quality. Complexity might still win one map, so an outright bet on Vitality is the way to go.

FaZe Clan will enter this bout with Olof “?olofmeister?” Kajbjer as a replacement for Nikola “?NiKo?” Kova?, who is edging closer to a move to G2 Esports. While olofmeister? is by no means a bad player, he is not nearly as good as he once was and will struggle to fill the void left by NiKo’s departure.

That is not to say FaZe are a bad team now, but they are certainly weaker than before. Given FaZe lost 0-2 against BIG less than two weeks ago, the German squad should pick up another clean sweep here.

LPL Pro League 2020 Season 3

Rooster and AVANT Gaming met in the third round of the LPL Pro League’s upper-bracket playoffs just under two weeks ago, when Rooster humiliated AVANT with a 2-1 reverse sweep. Since that bout, both sides have played a handful of games and produced quite volatile results – which is nothing too shocking, as these online Australian CS:GO esports fixtures are often a complete coin-flip.

However, this also means that Rooster’s win over AVANT does not mean much, nor does AVANT’s revenge 16-4 win over Rooster on Monday. This match seems like it can end either way, so it’s best to trust our money with Rooster to cover the map line.

DOTA Summit Online 13 SEA

The reigning ESL One Thailand 2020 Asia champions hold a 4-3-3 record and are 3-3-1 across the last week, which is neither great nor terrible. Motivate.Trust Gaming have shown some potential as well, with seven wins in their last 10, but they can also be hit-or-miss at times.

These teams have shown similar form, so there is a high chance we could see a draw. However, it is worth considering an outright bet on Motivade.Trust Gaming at higher odds – especially since they swept TNC 2-0 during BTS Pro Series Season 3 Southeast Asia last month.

DreamHack SC2 Masters 2020 Winter Europe

MaxPax became known for his success in using unusual builds against some of the best StarCraft II esports players, but he has since improved his macro play to emerge as a proper top-tier competitor. Still, MaxPax has yet to find his footing this tournament, with three losses and a 2-6 map differential.

Similarly, Rubén “AqueroN” Villanueva has lost all of his three fixtures, but he has also failed to win a single map. What’s more, AqueroN has lost five out of eight meetings with MaxPax, including their most recent bout in September.

MaxPax might not be in great form, but this is a perfect opportunity for him to break his losing streak. A 2-0 win should be achievable for the Danish StarCraft II pro.
